Special Magistrate Hearings are held in the BCC Assembly Room at the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, 5th Floor Clearwater. All other PCCLB Meetings will be held at 310 Court Street Clearwater

Special Magistrate Hearing - Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
Board of Adjustment and Appeals Hearing - Any person aggrieved by the ruling of a building director or fire marshal of any municipality, or the county may file an appeal to the Countywide Board of Adjustment and Appeals under the jurisdiction of the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board. More information about the appeals process.
