Until further notice, all PCCLB Meetings will be held in the Palm Room at the Pinellas County Communications Center, 333 Chestnut Street, Clearwater. All PCCLB Special Magistrate Hearings will be held in the BCC Assembly Room at the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, 5th Floor, Clearwater.

Special Magistrate Hearing - Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
