Rules

At a meeting of the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board held on the date below, the following rule changes were unanimously adopted:

 

Rule 2.03 – March 13, 2023: this rule allows for administrative approval for Change of Status applications that meet certain conditions.

 

Rule 11.07 – March 15, 2021: this rule may affect license and registration suspensions and renewals.

 

Rule 11.09 – January 25, 2021, amended March 13, 2023: this rule may affect your license or registration if you do not resolve a dishonored (NSF) check.

 

Policies

Partial Payment Plan Policy – January 13, 2025: this policy is available to certain parties with outstanding total fines and fees totaling more than $350.00. Fees related to licensing (ex. renewals, late fees, fines and fees related to insurance penalties or suspensions/reinstatement) are not eligible.
